I am admitted to practice in all state courts and administrative proceedings in California, and in federal court in the United States District Courts for the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California, and the Northern District of California.

I am also an Emeritus Professor at the University of California.

I don't bill by the hour. I charge a one-time flat fee for legal services. Once the fee is agreed upon and paid, you will not have to pay me any additional money as I pursue all available options to meet your legal needs. This means if I have to appear where you live or work to represent you, I won't charge you for my travel costs or the time I spend traveling.
