I can also represent you at a hearing at your school if you are an undergraduate or graduate student at any private or public college or university, or in medical school, dental school, law school or business school at any private or public college or university in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and in Washington, D.C

In addition to being an attorney, I am also an Emeritus Professor at the University of California.

I don't bill by the hour. I charge a one-time flat fee for legal services. Once the fee is agreed upon and paid, you will not have to pay me any additional money as I pursue all available options to meet your legal needs.
